∎ Graduate in Finance/ Accounting/ Economics/ Banking from reputed University.
∎ Qualified Accountant, Preferred FCA or equivalent e.g. FCMA, FCCA.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Planning/ forecasting/ budgeting for the organization, departments and business segments,
∎ KPI setting & monitoring performance to target,
∎ Monthly reporting to the Management/ Board/ Group on financial performance verses plan,
∎ Monitoring performance by department or business segment,
∎ Production of analysis and management information to drive effective decision making,
∎ Assessment of pricing of products and services,
∎ Focused on driving cost optimisation,
∎ Monitoring Opex spend by line item in line with budget,
∎ Managing the annual Capex Planning process,
∎ Monitoring Capex spend by line item in line with budget.
Additional Requirements:
∎ An advanced level user of Microsoft Office Package,
∎ Have expertise to analyze vast financial data,
∎ Organized and methodical with attention to detail,
∎ Highly effective communication skills in English & Bengali,
∎ Ability to prioritize and ensure deadlines are met,
∎ Adaptable and flexible to fast-changing business needs,
∎ Focused on growth & development of the team.
