Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Sample reception and maintaining records
∎ Sample processing- DNA/RNA extraction, purification, measuring concentration and storing.
∎ Performing quantitative, qualitative tests from extracted samples.
∎ Analysis of data and making reports with interpretation. Maintenance of machines and keeping reports.
∎ Preparing solutions, reagents for the tests.
∎ Data entry to HIS.
∎ Raising indent for reagents and stationary.
∎ Attending all CME and training programs.
∎ Training to junior fellow or technician.
∎ Maintaining professional and ethical issues and follow hospital code of conducts.
