• Master of Business Studies (MBS) in Finance, Banking, Economics, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance, Banking, Economics

• At least 5 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Share Brokerage/ Securities House

• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Minimum 4 years working experience in leading commercial banks/leasing company/ Stock Broker out of which 2 years as Branch Operations Manager in a large corporate branch in Dhaka City

• Extensive knowledge on capital market investment, issue management, portfolio management, corporate advisory and relevant regulations

• Proficiency in various computer software, such as MS Word, MS Excel and other financial management software

• Excellent cliental base for Corporate, Trade & Capital Business.

• Person needs to be an all-rounder-excellent relationship management skill, very sound knowledge base in Trade, Loan & Capital Business.

• Smart, Team player, paired with agile mindset and can-do attitude.

• Good communication skill in Bangla and English.

Job descriptions/ Responsibilities

• Operations Manager will be responsible for the entire operations of the office, ensure every employee will provide excellent customer services.

• Ensure internal control & compliance in the office.

• Check transactions as per guidelines. Ensure all business transactions follow regulatory requirements.

• All office maintenance i.e. cleanliness, floor management, office security, IT security etc.

• Ensure on time submission of all relevant reports and statements to Regulatory Bodies.

• Cost optimization for the Branch.

• Ensure employee productivity and engagement.

• Leading and development of Team.

• Ensure customers comply with trade, regulatory requirements, and covenant & conditions advised in the sanction letter.
