ICT, IT and Software Marketing, Software Sales
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee & ensure daily business operations of the organization.
∎ Create business plans to support the company's financial objectives.
∎ Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business.
∎ Manage the performance of each department and each employee.
∎ Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the company.
∎ Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives.
∎ Coordinate employees and supervise the lead lower-level managers.
∎ Sustaining current market position and growing market share.
∎ Suggest & implement ideas for increasing revenue.
∎ Supporting sales teams and key account managers in retention of existing clients.
∎ Defining long-term strategic goals and developing clear plans to implement them.
∎ Improving internal processes and ensuring employees work as a cohesive unit.
∎ Anticipate client needs and develop solutions to meet those needs.
∎ Perform market research and complex analysis of possible opportunities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
