Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing strategic goals and objectives that align with the organization’s mission and vision to support long-term growth.
∎ Overseeing the development and implementation of organizational policies and procedures to ensure legal compliance.
∎ Evaluating the effectiveness of sales operations, marketing operation and payment collection through CR operation including productivity and efficiency.
∎ Recommending changes to improve efficiency and profitability of operations, including increasing revenues or decreasing costs
∎ Developing relationships with key stakeholders such as prospect clients, existing clients, community leaders, and industry experts.
∎ Coordinating with other departments to develop strategic partnerships or alliances that can help the organization achieve its goals.
