Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establish Business Development Strategies to ensure alignment with overall organizational strategy.
∎ Lead Identification of opportunities to optimize business processes.
∎ Formulate Strategy to increase Sales and maintain growth in revenue.
∎ Direct approach to drive cost-benefit analysis and financial modelling of new business diligence reports.
∎ Drive collaboration with internal stakeholders to develop plans for adapting existing portfolios to new business opportunities.
∎ Drive product research initiatives to understand future impacts on product offerings and production.
∎ Endorse demand creation strategies and new product service offerings to improve revenue streams and meet market demands.
∎ Formulate targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business development strategies.
∎ Drive Loyalty & Partnership initiative to increase Book Sales with different stakeholders.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Experience of working in Book publishing & Sales Business will be an added advantage.
∎ Experience in Book Sales & Understanding of the value chain of publications Business.
∎ Must be a team player, proactive and self-motivated.
∎ Should be willing to take initiative and target driven.
∎ Strong business sense and industry expertise.
∎ Good communication skill in Bangla and English.
∎ The ability to multitask, priorities and organize your time effectively to ensure that deadlines and clients’ needs are met.
∎ The ability to work independently but also be happy to help with ad-hoc projects when needed.
