Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify appropriate target list in line with ideal customer criteria and business acquisition goals.
∎ Constantly focus on achieving the targets of the Sales Department. To do this, constantly review comparative achievement with the sales targets.
∎ Provide sound solutions to Team’s complaints and problems to increase sales and customer service quality.
∎ Communicate with the important customers of the energy market provided by the organization, maintain good relations and take necessary steps to solve their problems.
∎ Finding appropriate ways to meet revenue deficit.
∎ Develop new or alternative plans and find new or alternative strategies such as event sponsors, brand or event activation for business expansion.
∎ Sending new plans and proposals to companies, factories, industries, construction sites and business partners.
∎ Find out the market potential and decide it in consultation with the Management.
∎ Identify obstacles to My Fuel Pump's sales growth and find solutions.
∎ Market growth in whole of Bangladesh.
∎ Preparing sales budgets in consultation with Head of Accounts & Finance.
∎ Finding strategies to increase the volume of sales by adapting to the market demand to achieve the business goals of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
∎ Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.

∎ Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
∎ Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
