∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Achieve the Fuel & LPG sales targets of the organization.
∎ Management of the life cycle of the sales deals.
∎ Develop and maintain long-term relationships with all companies, factories, industries, construction sites and business partners.
∎ Ensuring the achievement of the target given by the HOD.
∎ Formulation of new plans and innovation of new strategies for business expansion.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify appropriate target list in line with ideal customer criteria and business acquisition goals.
∎ Set and achieve personal targets, which will lead to the achievement of sales goals.
∎ Processing of daily work order from the clients and sending to Transport-Logistic & Distribution Department.
∎ Constantly focus on achieving the targets of the sales department. To do this, constantly review comparative achievement with the sales targets.
∎ Provide sound solutions to customer complaints and problems to increase sales and customer service quality.
∎ Communicate with the important customers of the energy market provided by the organization, maintain good relations and take necessary steps to solve their problems.
∎ Sending new plans and proposals to companies, factories, industries, construction sites and business partners.
∎ Find out the market potential and decide it in consultation with the HOD and Management of the organization.
∎ Finding strategies to increase the volume of sales by adapting to the market demand to achieve the business goals of the organization.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
∎ Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
∎ Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
∎ Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
∎ Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
