Job Responsibilities:
∎ Must have a call Centre background
∎ Should have basic knowledge on MS Office
∎ Receive & make calls to the customers
∎ Capable to handle inbound/outbound calls
∎ Capable to handle customers' queries/complain instantly. Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers, retaining new customers
∎ Respond to customers inquiries in a timely manner and update information with notes for each customers

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
