∎ Bachelors & Masters degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Joint venture, Land Purchase
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Developer, Real Estate

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make market research and analysis
∎ Source and close various types of land deals.
∎ Land information collects from the Land Media, collect land documents and check
∎ Maintain good relationships with prospective landowners.
∎ Land acquisition, Liaison with RAJUK, DCC, WASA and other related government agencies
∎ Prepare proposal and feasibility report for procuring new land, Land Development
∎ Ensure tripartite agreement preparation and execution between the Developers and financer.
∎ Negotiate with the Landowners to finalize the deal and ensure optimum profitability for the organization through a win-win method.
∎ To collect Land related all documents from Landowner and prepare a draft Deed of Agreement & Power of Attorney.
