Responsibilities & Context:
- Formulate and implement business development strategies to enhance the hospital’s market presence and achieve growth objectives.
- Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with doctors, consultants, corporate clients, insurance providers, and referral partners.
- Identify new business opportunities, including corporate tie-ups, insurance collaborations, and strategic partnerships.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support informed decision-making and strategic planning.
- Develop and manage patient acquisition initiatives, including health camps, corporate wellness programs, and community outreach activities.
- Prepare and present proposals, agreements, and service packages to potential partners and clients.
- Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of business initiatives.
- Monitor and evaluate business performance metrics, including patient inflow and revenue growth, and submit periodic reports to management.
- Represent the organization at healthcare conferences, seminars, and industry networking events to promote hospital services.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, ethical standards, and healthcare regulations in all business development activities.
