Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
healthcare, Hospital or Diagnostic Centre
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Should have strong knowledge about Hospital/Diagnostics center marketing;
∎ Should have strong relationship with renounced Consultant, Doctor and KOL to generate prescription regarding tests;
∎ Motivating the sales team to achieve the best results possible;
∎ Setting activity and revenue targets for members of the sales team.
∎ Continual training and development of all members of the sales department.
∎ Attending key meetings with members of the sales team.
∎ Working on account management plans with the sales account managers.
∎ Identifying key areas for improvement in the sales process.
∎ Spotting market opportunities for new customers.
∎ Attending monthly meetings with other senior members of the business.
∎ All aspects of recruitment and selection for the sales department.
∎ Attending industry events and conferences to generate new business leads.
∎ Networking with other directors in order to generate new business for the company.
∎ Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances.
∎ Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company's sales goals;
∎ Assists in the development of the sales plan.
∎ Prepares forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting and strategic planning;
∎ Evangelize the product and personally help close largest deals;
∎ Work collaboratively across teams - including Engineering, Product and Marketing;
∎ Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives;
∎ Provide full visibility into the sales pipeline at every stage of development
∎ Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally;
∎ Any other activities assigned by authority.
