∎ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or relevant field.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 10 to 20 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive sales growth in the Electric market.
∎ Lead the sales team and help to reach new heights by providing guidance, advice and support
∎ Lead the sales team members to achieve the sales targets.
∎ Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts.
∎ Research and identify the new potential customers and new market.
∎ Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.
∎ Liaison with Marketing, Business Development departments to ensure brand consistency and increase sales.
∎ Stay up-to-date with new product launches and ensure sales team members are on board.
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 55 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Sales & Marketing (Electric) will get preference
∎ Ability to lead and motivate a high-performance sales team.
∎ Ability to understand and analyze sales performance metrics.
∎ Solid customer service attitude with excellent negotiation skills.
∎ Strong communication and team management skills.
∎ Analytical skills with a problem-solving attitude.
∎ Availability to travel as needed.

Salary: Negotiable
