Job Context:
∎ Head of Business (Acting as a Chief Operating Officer)
∎ We are looking for a potential Candidate, who will play the role of Chief Operating Officer (COO) for the company with proper reporting to the Managing Director of the Company as and when required. The location of the Incumbent will be at Head office, Nawabpur, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Developing high quality business strategies and plans ensuring their alignment with short-term and long-term objectives.
∎ Collaborate with Managing Director in setting and driving organizational vision, operations strategy, and hiring levels.
∎ Setting strategy into actionable steps for growth, implementing organization-wide goal setting, performance management, and annual operations planning.
∎ Managing capital investments and expenses aggressively to ensure that the company achieves investor's targets for growth and profitability.
∎ Overseeing employment decisions at the executive level of the company.
∎ Leading and coaching a team of executives of the both the factory personnel as well as Head office personnel to consider major decisions.
∎ Designing and implementing business strategy and policies to promote company culture and vision.
∎ Controlling company costs, and introducing tactical initiatives to address theft and other losses.
∎ Overseeing daily operations, HR, Legal, Finance, Accounting, Sales, Marketing, IT, Manufacturing, Production to keep businesses on track.
∎ Setting comprehensive goals for performance and growth of the business.
∎ Leading employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication.
∎ Evaluating performance by analyzing and interpreting data and metrics.
∎ Writing and submitting reports to the Managing Director in all matters of importance.
∎ Assisting company Managing Director in fundraising ventures.
∎ Participating in expansion activities (investments, acquisitions, corporate alliances etc.).
∎ Building and maintaining trusting relationships with key customers, clients, partners, and stakeholders.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the Managing Director time to time.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 100000 - 120000 (Monthly)
