Job Context:
∎ "Head of Business" is someone who drives a dedicated team to achieve an organization`s Sales goals & Business Strategy. A great business leader runs with results in mind. This means that every effort or activity performed by the team should yield productivity under effective leadership.
∎ Oftentimes, Head of Business are used interchangeably. On the other hand, he/she should possess the traits of a leader. Either way, both fill an important role that must hold effective leadership characteristics & target achievement.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure alignment between market & products and emphasize on business objectives
∎ Make, Analyze & interpret sales target regularly
∎ Develop strategy for existing & new business
∎ Monitor the sales performance by tracking sales funnel activities such as customer engagements and conversion
∎ Create reports and analysis on sales performance to forecast events and guide business decisions
∎ Provide team members performance feedback regarding sales & business development
∎ Inspire the team members to work with the business' goals in mind
∎ Motivate team members by creating a positive goal setting attitude

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least for 12-15 years preferably in Banking Software Sales, similar industry with software sales experience.
