∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounts/Finance.
∎ CA-CC/CA/ACCA/CMA partly qualified.

∎ Age at least 38 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): External audit, Internal Audit & Inventory management.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading Business & Manufacturing business.
∎ At least 8 year(s) working experience in Head of Dept. in a well reputed company.
∎ Proficiency in ERP system.
∎ Strategic thinker with a focus on delivering value through the audit process.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Maintaining the report of Procurement, Accounts, Inventory, Finished goods.
∎ Examine Inventories along with production capacity & raw material consumption.
∎ To check and verify all sorts of requisition, delivery challan, bill, voucher etc.
∎ Checking and verification of cash and credit bills.
∎ To prepare audit findings report with necessary analysis and comparison.
∎ To maintain proper documentation system for future reference.
∎ Oversee the execution of comprehensive audits across all trading-related functions, including front, middle, and back-office operations.
∎ Assess risks associated with trading activities such as market, credit, and operational risks.
∎ Perform day to day audit of the financial activities
∎ Perform all reconciliations and analytical procedures.
∎ Identify opportunities for cost savings or process improvements.
∎ Visit to factory affiliated concerns and following up through reports on all relevant transactions.
∎ Reviewing financial records for accuracy and ensuring that transactions are correctly recorded.
∎ Reviewing financial statements, researching economic trends, and preparing forecasts for possible upcoming scenarios.
∎ Conducting special audits and investigations into suspected misconduct.
∎ Prepare different types of audit reports - monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annually for the use of the top management.
