• Must have high level of relationship with the Airlines/ Carriers.

• Presentable with good interpersonal and communication skills.

• Need solid understanding of Air freight operation across multiple modes.

• Define, implement and execute Air Freight business development and pricing/tariff strategies to maximize profits.
• Coordinates all transnational operations (Export and Customs activities), adhering to regulations and internal procedures.
• Ensures all Operations teams meet customer requirements and takes corrective actions in case of deviations from requirements.
• Provides guidelines to Export team to ensure transactional operations are consistent with group business strategy and compliant with the local business environment.
• Develops a high-performance service culture within the Air Export Departments
• Ensures realization of budgetary performance by setting and monitoring clear objectives.
• Develop and mentor team members on an ongoing basis. Manage employee performance issues including evaluations, discipline, and employment separation decisions.
• Ensures performance meets for overall business needs at local and global level.
