Additional Requirements:
  • Age 32 to 40 years
  • Minimum 8 years’ experience in Administration, with at least 4 years in a leadership role in a reputed Group of Companies.

  • Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law, administrative compliance, and government regulations.

  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple units and branches across the country.

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern office management systems.

  • Must be proactive, result-oriented, and able to work under pressure.



Responsibilities & Context:

Administrative Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage the overall administrative operations of Betopia Group.

  2. Lead, supervise, and develop the Admin team to ensure smooth day-to-day activities.

  3. Formulate and implement effective administrative policies, procedures, and systems.

  4. Manage office maintenance, logistics, transport, and facility services efficiently.

  5. Ensure proper management of company assets, equipment, and inventory.

  6. Supervise procurement activities and vendor management for cost-effectiveness.

  7. Coordinate with department heads to ensure operational and administrative support.

  8. Maintain discipline, security, and hygiene across all office premises.

  9. Monitor cost control, budget utilization, and resource optimization in admin functions.

  10. Ensure smooth communication and coordination between Head Office and project sites.

  11. Oversee company events, employee welfare activities, and guest management.

  12. Prepare and submit regular administrative reports to top management.

  13. Perform any other duties assigned by the higher management.

Legal Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee all legal affairs and ensure full compliance with laws and regulations.

  2. Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and legal documents for all business units.

  3. Provide legal advice and guidance to management on corporate and operational matters.

  4. Liaise with external lawyers, government bodies, and regulatory authorities as required.

  5. Manage land and property-related documentation, registration, and due diligence.

  6. Handle company licenses, trade permits, and renewal of statutory documents.

  7. Represent the company in legal proceedings, hearings, and dispute resolutions.

  8. Maintain accurate records and secure filing of all legal documents and correspondences.

  9. Identify potential legal risks and suggest preventive actions to management.

  10. Prepare and present periodic legal updates and reports to the Board and top management.
