Additional Requirements:
Enrollment with the Bangladesh Bar Council is mandatory.
Must be a member of the Dhaka Bar Association.
Minimum 1 year of practical experience.
Responsibilities & Context:
Ability to handle cases independently.
Having operational command in English Language will get priority.
Ability to take dictation of drafting in English.
Enthusiastic to carry out legal research on case-to-case basis.
Computer literacy skills.
Excellent skills in searching google, manupatra, bdlex etc. data base/ search engine.
Ability to find the decisions and judgments from the law reports as per the guidance and instructions of the head of the chamber.
Having dream to be a great lawyer with struggle but finding no short cut roadmap to be affluent.
Honesty and sincerity will get preference.

Ability to work under pressure and out of the pressure.
Ability to take case notes and look for the laws.
