Educational Requirements:
∎ Minimum Graduation in Accounting/Finance from any UGC approved university
∎ Qualified Member of any professional Accountants body is preferable

∎ 12 to 10 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement polices, process, procedures and operating manual relating to accounts payable operation.
∎ Identify the end-to-end relevant risk over Accounts payable process, design internal control to mitigate the risk and ensure operational effectiveness of the control.
∎ Ensure compliance with relevant Accounting Standard for accruals, provisions and payable.
∎ Owning the Payable module and relevant General modules of accounting system and Opex GL
∎ Guide different functions & users to ensure appropriate financial reflection in the system.
∎ Lead to perform month-end closing activities including all reconciliation process to ensure complete, accurate and timely closing.
∎ Lead and execute payment process to comply with agreed payment terms in line with company policy. Drive adoption of digital disbursement solutions with improved stakeholders' experience and security.
∎ Collaborate and build stakeholder partnerships through transparent exchange of information, ideas, and perspectives to enable achievement of company's goals.
∎ Develop and provide analytical insight for management decision support pertaining to ensure effective cash flow management and forecast.
∎ Provide required finance training for non-finance stakeholders and drive awareness session for internal and external stakeholders for compliance to internal control process and IFRS
∎ Cooperate with internal, external, Group and regulatory auditors to facilitate the audit projects.
∎ Support cost optimization initiative by providing analytical support driver-based cost insight.
∎ Develop a highly engaged team through leading by example.
∎ Build and lead a motivated cross functional team for Finance operation through training, communication, performance management, development plans and reward/recognition, job rotation and job swap practices;
Additional Requirements:
∎ 10-12 years of total experience inclusive of 5-6 years of relevant experience in managerial role in Telecom Industry.
∎ Required Capabilities- In-depth understanding on Telecom business process & systems.
∎ Able to Interpret, Analyze & apply International Accounting Standards IAS and IFRS and Group guideline in new & complex business scenario.
∎ Thorough understanding of Taxation Regulations I.e. Income Tax & VAT etc.
∎ Sound knowledge of Audit Standards (GAAS, ISA).
∎ Through understanding of applicable BTRC rules & regulations
∎ Proven record & competency on Accounting & Reporting, and Statutory Reporting Regulations
∎ Hands on experience of Internal Control Policies and Processes
∎ Proficiency in accounting software is mandatory, preferably Oracle ERP.
∎ Strong interpersonal skill to deal with diverse business partners.
