Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom) in Accounting, Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC),ACCA part qualified with minimum 03 years of practical experience
∎ Skills Required: Analytical ability, BSP, Customer Service, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, Tally ERP 9, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax), Working under pressure

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounting, Management
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Airline, Audit Firms /Tax Consultant, GSA, Immigration/Visa Processing, Travel Agent

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Responsible for BSP reconciliation and timely payment.
∎ Monitors BSP/IATA correspondences and prepare required reports.
∎ Perform Monthly Bank and credit card reconciliation.
∎ Monitors invoicing, credit to customers, refunds and petty cash custodian.
∎ Monitor daily Cash & Bank transactions.
∎ Responsible for full Bookkeeping & Accounting procedures.
∎ Direct & regular communication with Customers to collect Receivables.
∎ Maintains banking relationship (Bank Facilities, Guarantees, etc.).
∎ Co-ordination with internal & external auditors, Accounting consultant, Tax Consultant and making sure to achieve proper and on time reporting.
∎ Compliance with legal requirements (e.g. Commercial Registrations, Civil Aviation, Municipal License, etc.).
∎ Compliance with statutory requirements (e.g. Income Tax, VAT, RJC etc.).
∎ Maintains good relationship with customers, suppliers and other business partners and ensures all issues are being attended properly.
∎ Monitor airline and suppliers incentive, fixed assets, prepayments.
∎ On time preparation and reporting of periodic & year-end Financial Statements as per IFRS.
∎ Maintain close liaison with Sales team and General Manager.
∎ Asset, cash, accounts receivable management.
∎ Responsible for Payroll management (salary calculation and payment & monitoring staff benefits).
∎ Maintain Accounts and portfolio of Company/Owner's other investments.
∎ Lead, Motivate & provide Training for member of the Accounting department.
∎ And any other assignment which may be assigned by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in "TRAACS Software" will have advantage

Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
∎ Salary may vary based on Experience, specially experience related to our business
