∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Airline, Tour Operator, Travel Agent
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee and manage financial transactions related to the Hajj & Umrah department.
∎ Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
∎ Prepare financial reports, budgets, and forecasts for the department.
∎ Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to support financial decision-making.
∎ Analyze financial data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
∎ Assist in the preparation of audits and liaise with auditors as needed.
∎ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior accounting staff.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
∎ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field may apply with right skills & experience.
∎ Proven experience (3 years) in accounting or finance roles, preferably within the travel industry or a similar field.
∎ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
∎ Proficiency in accounting software, specially Tally, Traacs, Trincome and Microsoft Excel.
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
∎ Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
∎ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Certification such as CA CC (preferred, but not mandatory).
Salary:
∎ Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
∎ The indicated salary serves as an estimate; actual compensation may vary depending on experience and qualifications.
