Educational Requirements:
∎ MBA / M.Com major in Accounting (Finance/ Accounting) from any reputed University and
∎ Qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA/ FCA) are desirable.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Managing and overseeing the daily operations of Finance & Accounts department and will be reportable to MD.
∎ Operations of the accounting department including:
∎ Preparation of monthly and yearly financial statements.
∎ Preparation of annual budget.
∎ Coordinate and complete annual and other audit.
∎ Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements to all regulatory and other stakeholders.
∎ Establishing proper accounting methods, policies and principles applicable to Bangladesh.
∎ Plan and monitor the applicable TAX & VAT rules in the company for maximization benefits out of Tax cost.
∎ Monthly review of all general ledger accounts to ensure accurate and completeness of posted transactions.
∎ Any other jobs assigned time to time by the management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 50 years
∎ At least 08 years of experience, out of which minimum 05 years working experience in a senior position of Finance & Accounts department of Bank/NBFI.
∎ Should have competency on computer based accounting system.
∎ Planning, complex problem resolution skills and analytical ability.
∎ Capable of multitasking with strong communication and presentation skills
∎ Willingness to work beyond general business hours under extreme pressure.
∎ Strong interpersonal skills to deal with management.
∎ Dedicated, and hardworking with team spirit and a person of integrity and professionalism.
∎ Strong leadership skills focusing operation management with excellent multidisciplinary knowledge.
