∎ The applicants should have experience in the Life Insurance.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Preference will be given specially to the head of Dev Admin of any life insurance company.
∎ Lead the working team of agency office, Branch Office, Service Centre and Divisional Office.
∎ Be able to manage and inspire the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ Associate sales target in the life Insurance business.
∎ Preparing daily, weekly and monthly report of Branch and Divisional Office.
∎ Maintaining relationship with all potential marketing officers.
∎ Analysis of customer research, current market trends.
∎ Handling customer question, inquiries and complaints.
∎ Participating in sales team meeting.
∎ Any other task assigned by Management.
