Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ Diploma in professional chef course or other related course from BHMTTI will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Communication, Housekeeping, Leadership and interpersonal skills
Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 10 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Chinese Food Cooking, Continental food, Indian food, Italian Food, Thai Food
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities.
∎ Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings.
∎ Approve and “polish” dishes before they reach the customer.
∎ Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to identified shortages.
∎ Arrange repairs or new purchases of kitchen equipment when necessary.
∎ Remedy any problems or defects.
∎ Assist in hiring, managing, and training kitchen staff.
∎ Oversee the work of subordinates.
∎ Estimate staff’s workload and compensations.
∎ Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards.
∎ Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between co-workers
∎ Maintain neatness & cleanliness of the kitchen.
∎ Maintain hygiene of food prepared in the kitchen.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Positive attitude.
∎ Training on "food safety and hygiene" from BHMTTI or foreign
∎ Good communication.
∎ Pre-Opening experience.
