Educational Requirements:
∎ HSC/Min. basic NHTTI certs. or from any other equivalent institute.
∎ Skills Required: HOTEL AND RESTAURANT, resort
Job Responsibilities:
∎ . Prepare all food items as per given recipes.
∎ Involve in planning of dishes in addition to our establishment
∎ Ensure the workstations are clean and sanitize and the proper safety procedures are always observed by cooks.
∎ Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen.
∎ Ensure all foods items are prepared by maintaining the standard recipe whilst maintaining portion control and minimizing wastage..
∎ Perform other reasonable job duties as instructed by his superior
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Computer literate.
∎ Enable doing menu engineering & food costing of every cuisine.
∎ Could handle equally thai/chainese, continental (fast food /European), kabab, briani & BBQ.
Salary: Negotiable
