Educational Requirements:
∎ B.Sc.in Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized university/ Relevant Diploma.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 5 year(s)

Job Context:
∎ Job Location: BTA TOWER 7TH FLOOR, 29 KEMEL ATATURK AVENUE
∎ ROAD # 17, BANANI C/A, DHAKA- 1213.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot the computer hardware and end-user IT support for LAN, OS, e-mail issues, etc.
∎ Maintain network devices (Switch, Router), IT Infrastructure and IT Security.
∎ Provide IT supports to end-users for their Desktop, Laptop, Network Connection, Scanner, Printer & Other IT assets.
∎ Configure and troubleshoot the antivirus server and file server properly.
∎ Must be capable in configure & troubleshoot microtik router.
∎ Maintain liaison with external service providers or vendors on significant system problems.
∎ Data Networking Hands on experience including Network Design, Trouble shooting, Cabling, Router/Switch configuration.
∎ MCSE, CCNA, certified will be preferred.
∎ Must have deep knowledge in IT Server.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ 2-5 years experience in the relevant fields preferably in Life Insurance Company.
∎ Eligible fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
∎ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
∎ Should have positive attitude.
