Responsibilities & Context:
Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Laptop/Tab motherboard chip level repair & diagnosing & reporting.
Communication with customers & providing quality customer service.
Hinges repair & parts replacing.
Google sheets maintain & report.
Creating RMA for laptops.
ADT and WTPI RMA closing for laptops.
Setting up hardware and installing and configuring software & drivers.
Repaired the hardware components of the unit & replaced the defective part, evaluated software and hardware related issues and conducted configuration and troubleshooting functions.
