Responsibilities & Context:
  • Maintain Hajj & Umrah Schedule related work·        
  • Hajj Pre Registration & Hajj Registration·        
  • Hajj & Umrah related sales management·        
  • Visa processing (Knowledge of MOFA management)·        
  • Official communication·        
  • Email checking and reply·        
  • To communicate with different Agent for collecting Passport on the basis of criteria.·        
  • Have to have the mentality to work under pressure and achieve company goals.·        
  • Establish customer network and preserve long-term business relationships·        
  • Capable of preparing and maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, as well as daily reporting to supervisor·        
  • Everyday Contact customers and others Travel Agents to update them about our existing and new clients·        
  • Speak with clients to answer any queries regarding visa requirements·        
  • Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records
