Job Context:

∎ *We are looking for a talented, experienced and dedicated person for the position.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner
∎ Speak with guests and staff using clear and professional language
∎ Mitigate any questions regarding menu and assist with menu selections
∎ To exercise effective listening to capture relevant information and provide a premium experience for the guest
∎ Addressing and escalating customer complaints
∎ Attend to special guests (e.g. VIPs) and answer their inquiries
∎ Maintain a polite and humble personality while attending to the guests
∎ Check the amenities for their quality and proper provision to leave no ground for complaints from the guests
∎ Actively listen to and resolve complaints
∎ Knows all safety and emergency procedures, Is aware of accident prevention policies.
∎ Maintains the cleanliness and neatness of the front desk area.
∎ Understand that business demands sometimes make it necessary to move employees from their accustomed shift to other shifts.
∎ Works closely with the housekeeping department in the keeping room status reports up to date and coordinates requests for maintenance and repair work.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ NICE Hotel Management software experience
∎ Good speaking skills of english
