Educational Requirements:
∎ Tertiary qualification in Marketing/ Management.
∎ At least 5 years' experience as a marketing executive or manager.
∎ Knowledge of, or experience in, Retail, Wholesale, Tourism, Motor vehicles, Petroleum, Rental car business, Travel industry.
∎ Significant experience in managing profitable end to end marketing campaigns and projects.
∎ Digital marketing channel mix: SEO, social, PPC, display, brand building.
∎ Proven track record of building strategic partner relationships.
∎ Strong commercial acumen and the ability to maximize budgets and profits.
∎ Strong copywriting, proofreading and editing skills.

∎ Job Purpose : The Group Marketing Manager oversees all marketing activities within the Group. They are responsible for developing strategies, managing budgets, setting goals, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across various marketing channels.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and implement an annual marketing strategy and budget in line with the company objectives.
∎ Take full responsibility for the planning and delivering of a range of marketing campaigns, from idea to execution across digital channels (PR, search, display, PPC)
∎ Grow brand awareness across our key target demographics
∎ Pinpoint customer and market need in order to develop effective product launch plans
∎ Supervise the marketing team; setting personal targets to ensure continuous progress
∎ Develop strategic relationships with key industry stakeholders, agencies and vendors
∎ Ensure that all advertising, marketing and communications material used externally and internally is accurate and appropriately reflects the brand
∎ Closely measure and report on the results of all projects and campaigns
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Must possess good leadership and managerial skills.
∎ Fluency in English and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Salary:
∎ Salary : Tk. 2,00,000 - 2,10,000 (Monthly)
