∎ Job Purpose : Responsible for creating, executing and managing online platforms for online business growth in targeted segments..

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and maintain an interactive and competent online store for driving sales and revenue. This includes generating custom themes, modifying existing templates, setting up plugins and payment gateways etc.
∎ Prepare and execute frequent testing and debugging of the e-commerce platform for better performance and security.
∎ Optimise the platform for increased conversion rates, mobile user friendliness, SEO and Analytics.
∎ Driving the sales performance of the e-commerce platform
∎ Managing and executing promotional campaigns
∎ Providing insights on customer shopping trends to support assortment selection and identify assortment gaps
∎ Ensuring good customer service by addressing and ensuring the timely resolution of customer issues or comments
∎ Working closely with demand planning and warehousing teams in order to ensure smooth order fulfillment
∎ Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through, and offering code performance
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum of 5+ years in a fast-paced e-commerce business.
∎ Hands-on experience in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3 and/or other associated programming languages in building Shopify
∎ Hands-on experience in managing and maintaining e-commerce websites/portals.
∎ Knowledge and experience in Shopify and WordPress platforms will be an added advantage.
∎ Knowledge and experience in dropshipping will be an added advantage.
∎ Knowledge and experience in building e-commerce mobile apps (or otherwise optimizing website for mobile) will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong communication skills and a can-do attitude.
∎ Must possess good leadership and managerial skills.
∎ Fluency in English and excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Salary:
∎ Salary : Tk. 1,20,000 - 1,25,000 (Monthly)
