Experience:
FCA, FCMA, ACCA, CPA, CFA or an MBA in Finance/equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
Minimum 10-15 years of relevant experience in corporate finance, project finance, treasury, audit, investment or strategic finance leadership.
Hands on experience in energy, infrastructure, EPC, power or large conglomerate environments is highly desirable.
Big 4 exposure, listed company experience or multinational exposure will be a strong advantage.
Strong expertise in financial strategy, governance, investor management and cross border financing.
Proven track record in IPO readiness, strategic financial planning and business expansion initiatives.
Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation and executive communication skills.
About the Role: Omicon Energy Initiative is seeking a highly experienced, strategic, and commercially driven finance leader to join us as Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO). This is a critical executive leadership role. You will work closely with the Chairman and the Board of Directors to build the financial foundation of a fast-growing energy and infrastructure initiative while supporting long-term expansion, investor readiness, fundraising strategy, governance, and international business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Build and strengthen the Group's financial command structure for energy and infrastructure expansion.
Lead overall financial strategy, planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management.
Drive IPO readiness, fundraising strategy, investor due diligence and strategic financial initiatives.
Lead project finance, treasury management, capital structuring and cash flow optimization.
Support international joint ventures, cross border financing and strategic partnerships.
Ensure robust financial governance, internal controls, compliance, audit and risk management frameworks.
Act as the primary liaison with investors, lenders, regulators, auditors and strategic stakeholders.
Lead financial modeling, investment analysis, feasibility studies and long term business planning.
Build, mentor and lead a high performance finance, accounts, treasury and reporting team.
