Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 1 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Adobe Photoshop illustrator, especially Adobe Photoshop, Graphics Designing
Job Context:
∎ An experienced graphic designer, with good human touch. Please do not apply if you have no commercial experience as a Graphic Designer.
∎ You must have experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator.
∎ You will work closely with our SEO team and the Ops Director to bring our marketing collateral, advertising and direct mail campaigns to life.
∎
∎ The role also encompasses design supporting our expanding digital footprint, including global corporate websites and online digital marketing. You will also assist in expanding and extending the creative direction for the brand, as we progress through a global relaunch.
∎ This job is based in Sylhet. PLEASE READ THE JOB DETAILS FULLY.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ High-level proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator
∎ Experience in design for B2B.
∎ Design web pages, brochures, logos, signs, books, magazine covers, annual reports, advertisements, and other communication materials.
∎ Study design briefs and determine requirements
∎ Schedule projects and define budget constraints
∎ Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
∎ Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
∎ Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
∎ Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
∎ Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
∎ Test graphics across various media
∎ Amend designs after feedback
∎ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
∎ During the covid and all times, we pay our salaries on time and ensure your benefits are paid where set out.
∎ TERMS AND CONDITIONS
∎ Minimum 1 year stamp paper agreement.
∎ You can't switch to anywhere before completing your 1 year. (Except govt. Job & abroad)
∎ If you want to switch (Must 1 year later) then you need to inform us minimum 2 months before. We need to have a replacement before you leave.
∎ Probation Period 6 Months. In probation period you can't get any paid leave
∎ Our Govt. Holiday 21 Days
∎ Casual Leave Reward Basis (Confirm By Managing Director)
∎ 6 days office (10 AM to 7 PM - 1 Hour Lunch break). Friday off.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 10000 - 20000 (Monthly)
∎ Probation Period 6 Months. In probation period you can`t get any paid leaveOur Govt. Holiday 21 DaysCasual Leave Reward Basis (Confirm By Managing Director)6 days office (10 AM to 7 PM - 1 Hour Lunch break). Friday off.
