Educational Requirements:
∎ Fashion Design & Technology graduate from any reputed university. Fresh graduates with exceptionally good portfolios may also be considered

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analyze and articulate seasonal print, graphic and color trends
∎ Research and produce seasonal graphic and color trend report from global fashion markets
∎ Design original placement graphics and AOP prints for all Sportwear product categories
∎ Design using both CAD skills and hand drawn/paint techniques
∎ Demonstrate good understanding on the different 'handwriting' requirements between customers and markets
∎ Work closely with Product Design and BU teams to produce trend-driven/updated artworks

Additional Requirements:
∎ At least 2 years' work experience in a relevant design or clothing field.
∎ Excellent knowledge of European Sports Fashion customers and markets would be an advantage
∎ Additional Job Requirements:
∎ Standout abilities in hand-drawing, CAD drawing, layouts and color matching
∎ Solid knowledge and experience in repeats, print separations and all print major techniques is required
∎ Strong software abilities on Adobe CS6 Suite especially Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign as well as Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
∎ A passion for design, print and graphics on Women's or Men's Sports Fashion
∎ Superior attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships work as a team
∎ Should be well-presented, smart and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, with the ability to focus and work efficiently achieving deadlines in a fast-paced environment
