∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):Design/Printing/Publishing, Video Editing for Video Content on social media, Digital Marketing (social media content creation, campaigns, and ads)
∎ The applicant should have experience in the following area(s): Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, art sketch, Auto CAD, Adobe After Effect, Visual Basic, Different Video editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, Filmora & common platforms
∎ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
∎ Prior experience in graphic design or content creation is preferred
∎ Knowledge and experience in Digital Marketing, including social media strategy, content promotion, campaign execution, and digital analytics tools
∎ Edit and produce high-quality videos for marketing, social media, and promotional purposes.
∎ Work closely with the content team to understand video requirements and deliver engaging visual content
∎ Enhance video content with motion graphics, animations, and special effects.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, and product teams, to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
∎ Provide input and creative ideas to improve design and video content
∎ Should be smart & well conversant.
∎ Fluency in written and oral communication skills in both English and Bengali.
∎ Good organizational and time management skills.
∎ Ability to work on your own initiative.
∎ Have knowledge and proficiency in using AI prompts.
∎ Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe After Effect and Canva.
∎ Ability to create professional content in both languages.
∎ Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.
∎ Attention to detail and strong creative skills.

∎ Support digital marketing efforts with creative visuals and content optimized for different platforms
