Responsibilities & Context:

MASTUL Foundation is searching for Manager, Grant and Fundraising, who brings specific expertise in attracting global funding to support our vital work in Bangladesh. In this pivotal role, you will lead our efforts to identify, cultivate, and secure funding from international foundations, organizations, and governmental bodies. You'll be instrumental in expanding our global reach and ensuring sustainable resources for our impactful programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategize and execute fundraising initiatives specifically targeting international grants and donors.

• Lead the research, writing, and submission of high-quality grant proposals to international funders.

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with international donor organizations and representatives.

• Collaborate with program teams to develop compelling narratives and project plans for international funding.

• Support the Director in overall fundraising strategy and departmental operations.

Additional Requirements

• Age 35 to 45 years

• Demonstrable experience securing significant international funding for non-profit organizations.

• Exceptional grant writing and proposal development skills, specifically for international audiences.

• Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with international donors and partners.

• Strong understanding of international development trends and funding landscapes.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. A deep passion for MASTUL Foundation's mission and commitment to empowering communities in Bangladesh.
