∎ Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Public Relations, Bachelor of Social Science (BSS) in Development Studies, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Finance
∎ Graduate in any subject, preferably in Finance/Accounting/ Public Relation/Business Administration or other Development Studies

∎ At least 5 years experience of handling FD6 management or similar responsibilities
∎ Experience with Non Profit organization
∎ Cross cultural experience
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare/ review of various project proposals and updated the organization on current rules/circular/GoB new initiatives/plan from regulatory authorities.
∎ Manage and coordinate the preparation of various project proposals/reports/documents for the above authorities and build in-house capacity of doing these jobs professionally.
∎ Assist to Procurement Governments approval on all project proposals, funding request, work permits/Visas for expatriate staff on time for smooth operation of the organization.
∎ Coordinate of submission of statutory reports to the local administration and acknowledgement thereon channeled to National Office.
∎ To Prepare & Review proposals (FD-1, FD-2, FD-6, FD-7, FC-1), external audit report including FD-4, annual progress report as per regulatory rules & FD-3 and regulatory compliance in terms of project/funding approval, submission of regulatory reports, Assist to procurement of work permit/visas and others approval on time.
