Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify and conduct groundwork on Regulatory and Business environment to meet the company's objectives and actively build relationships with external stakeholders
∎ Support Director, Government, and Stakeholder Relations in drafting communication materials in order to establish companys position on different issues that impact the digital business environment of Banglalink
∎ Acquire permissions from various authorities to facilitate business continuity and mitigate external challenges
∎ Organize effective engagements and dialogues with key stakeholders on issues affecting the business environment, regulatory context, technological advancement, and industry position
∎ Share findings of international best practices, trends, and recent developments with the Banglalink Leadership team in order to facilitate policy advocacy in different forums
∎ Assist Director, Government, and Stakeholder Relations to propagate ideas and concepts with industry partners and stakeholders with both short and long-term impact and recommend ways forward to create a win-win solution and protect industry position to support growth.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience.
∎ Experience in Managerial/ specialized roles in Telecom, FMCG or other industry will be an added advantage.
∎ Strong business communication and interpersonal skills
∎ Knowledge of regulatory policies and guidelines
∎ Advanced knowledge of governments policies, 5-year development plan, and revenue planning
∎ Knowledge of the value chain of Telecommunication business
∎ Understanding of socioeconomic changes
∎ Extensive knowledge of global best practices, technology evolution, and ITU & GSMA studies, advocacy and developments.
