• Close relationship with operational teams to ensure on time delivery of products & optimal utilization of equipment & manpower.

• Prepare monthly production plan based on information received from merchandising team by managing capacity both inside and outside of the organization.

• Consult about the upcoming work load with Head of production and assist them to take appropriate action.

• Review plan on daily basis and set alternative plan to meet customers` deadlines.

• Develop the monthly production requirement for in house fabric, print, embroidery, and washing capacity from the garments production plan and update concerns accordingly.

• Schedule deliveries based on production forecasts, material substitutions, storage and handling facilities, and maintenance requirements.

• Analysis total capacity and total work to be done in standard minute value and carry out scheduling of the resources.

• Coordinate inventory and cost control programs.

• Build effective communication with the departments of fabric, merchandising, production, quality, store, and maintenance to facilitate execution of the plan.

• Assist superior to execute and evaluate staff performance, new recruitment, promotion, disciplinary matters, training needs and their career development.

• Ensure that safety, quality, maintenance, compliance issues are taken as part of the job.

• Conduct the daily production meeting to follow up the weekly shipment schedule and running problem which is related with shipment.

• Ensure safety, quality and compliance activities in workplace.

• Ensure and maintain a clean and tidy site.

• Carry out any other jobs as assigned from time to time.

• Evaluate staff performance, ensure floor discipline, identify training needs and manage their career development.

• Conduct quarter and annual business reviews.

• Any other jobs assigned by the management.
