Responsibilities & Context:
Sales of Substation, Solar system, Lift/Elevator, Generator, Distribution boards Achieve sales target agreed between the management and the you
Conduct frequent meetings with Clients & Consultants.
Develop business target and achieve the targets.
Take leadership & active ownership to run the sales department independently.
Responsible for brand establishment in respective areas.
Maintain Sales Database.
Identify the training need of sales team and ensure proper training.
Responsible to run a team.
