Responsibilities & Context:
- Sales of Substation, Solar system, Lift/Elevator, Generator, Distribution boards Achieve sales target agreed between the management and the you
- Conduct frequent meetings with Clients & Consultants.
- Develop business target and achieve the targets.
- Take leadership & active ownership to run the sales department independently.
- Responsible for brand establishment in respective areas.
- Maintain Sales Database.
- Identify the training need of sales team and ensure proper training.
- Responsible to run a team.
