Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

∎ 5 to 8 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist team in achieving garment fit and adjust the pattern to get customer desired fit.
∎ Assist team in solving Pre-production or size set sample correction in case of difficulties.
∎ Give technical guideline to CAD department for method of marker and finalize the garments consumption.
∎ Give technical guideline to the production team to improve productivity, quality (like-folders, combining process, usage of modern machines and attachments).
∎ Preparing the Technical report and Conduct the Pre-Production meeting before starting the production.
∎ Monitor the Pilot run and ensure the first bulk output is produced as per customer expectation.
∎ Implementation of up graduation program / best practices like operator self-checking module, Process and Person calibration of Quality team, Defect escalation and Quality Training program.
∎ Standard Quality control process in Lean 7.0 concept system and follow-up on Fabric & Trims department, CAD, Cutting, Sewing, Washing, Finishing & Packing.
∎ Assist to fabric and washing teams on shade blanket segregation, leg panel and bulk wash evaluation as per customer approved wash standard.
∎ Follow the Standard operation procedure (SOP) in all department.
∎ Analyze the line wise productions, line balancing, workers individual efficiency, production efficiency.
∎ Explain to the work study officers to take time study and setting the targets.
∎ Have expertise of making Structured Garments on advanced machines as per assembly line set up.
∎ Preparing the Operation bulletin and Machine layout.
∎ Utilize the high level of Manpower and Machine efficiency.
∎ To manage the full production department from cutting, sewing and finishing department.
∎ Conduct the training program for the unskilled operators, supervisors and Quality controllers.
