Garments, Washing Factory
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Fabric receiving record, inspection, shade, gsm, blanked/mat, shrinkage report check.
∎ Collect sample, order sheet, trim card, comments (if any), Approved logo, emb, print etc
∎ Side set making time information, before wash and after wash meas & report, pattern correction
∎ Pre-production meeting.
∎ Cutting permission.
∎ Cutting quality report, line QC lay-out, report, first out garment/lot check & wash approval/initial form buyer/self, bulk cutting permission. Production gmts match with seal/original sample. Swatch logo, Needle report etc.
∎ Information to buying office/qc, for inline inspection.
∎ Check finishing lay-out, audit report, pull, metal test report, lab dip internal & external audit report packing poly, ctn. Audit report.
∎ Coordinate with buyer & merchant.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 50 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Through knowledge in SOP's, JIDOKA, Zero Defect, SPC and Product safety requirement
∎ Should have very good communication skills
∎ Strong Analytical and problem solving skills
∎ Work with internal Production, Merchandising teams and Suppliers to communicate and ensure Buyer's quality requirements
∎ Provide guidance during the yarn sourcing, acceptance procedures
∎ Ability to operate in a Global, Multi-culture environment
∎ Candidate having working experience with GAP, H&M, Next, Levis, Marks & Spencer, Zara, VF Asia, Dressmen will get preference.
