∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience Requirements:
∎ 6 to 7 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Appraising the prevalent production systems/ processes, identifying loopholes if any and undertaking result-oriented measures for alleviating them and documenting the same Ensure all the Technical support to the factory to simplify the operations to meet buyer standard.
∎ Full responsibility for Quality function within the location through the entire manufacturing process including incoming, in the process, section wise, finished goods inspection and testing.
∎ Maintain and improve product and operation quality by monitoring product requirements, SOP, compliance and technical support for the factory.
∎ Develop and maintain quality assurance and control objectives and coordinates the objectives with the production procedures with the production and other supporting departments.
∎ Develop a plan, promote, facilitate and organize the training activities for all respective persons related to the product quality and reliability.
∎ Maintaining quality level as per targets given by the customers and targets given in the business plan and generating innovative ideas.
∎ Responsible for all Technical Audit and implementation of customers technical requirements.
∎ Handling all types of Wet & Dry process and maintain Quality standards as per buyer requirements.
∎ Responsible to maintain OQL level in the factory, minimize quality rejections and improve cut to ship.
