Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Post Graduation in any discipline from any recognized institute.
∎ Education qualification may be relaxed for experienced candidates.
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 15 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Candidate should have working experience as a GM Production in sweater factory.
∎ Monitoring & controlling activities of a large RMG Sweater.
∎ Having experience 100% export oriented Sweater business of all high profile buyers.
∎ Design & layout of Man, Machine and Materials to achieve maximum efficiency
∎ Responsible for all activities from winding to shipment.
∎ Implement processes to improve efficiency.
∎ Ensure optimum utilization of men, machine & material to yield higher productivity.
∎ Review the performance of staff and organize necessary interventions for improvement.
∎ Clear knowledge on IE Layout, IE target, Efficiency and SMV.
∎ Provide technical support when required to ensure customer quality level.
∎ Drive machine maintenance team to have most suitable machine ready prior to Production
∎ Ensure cost reduction by reducing all kind of production wastage like rejection, alteration, over cutting, over production, and extra hour work.
∎ Identify causes and actionable steps to improve product quality
∎ Should have knowledge about line administration & production administration
∎ Responsible for achieving daily targets set by the Industrial Engineer
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong written and oral communication skill in English.
∎ Strong Analytical skills
∎ Ability to work under pressure
∎ Leadership and team management skills
∎ Sound knowledge in computer
∎ Candidate should be prepared for long working hours
