∎ Age 35 to 45 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Manage the overall activities of production, molding department, processing, machine maintenance, tool maintenance, and repair.
∎ Analyze production reports, maintain finished goods and Monthly inventories, and compile daily output.
∎ Determining quality control standards.
∎ Monitor, access and manage Injection Mold employee performance.
∎ Develop projects to improve machine efficiencies maximizing production rates.
∎ Assesses training needs of staff and ensures execution of training.
∎ Direct and coordinate planning and scheduling of molding manufacturing with the Director to consistently meet expected product delivery schedules and inventory levels
∎ Responsible for assuring the efficient use of materials, machines, molds, auxiliary equipment, and employees.
∎ Maintain material stock (PP, ABS, POM, Color, and different types of Rubber ‘O’ ring) and report to Chairman sir for L/C and also maintain overall accessories stock related to production and maintenance.
∎ Perform mold setup to meet production demands as needed.
∎ Troubleshoot mold processes, machines, and auxiliary equipment problems and make necessary changes to ensure quality and reduce downtime.
∎ Set molding process parameters to ensure the product meets dimensional and quality requirements.
∎ Provide technical assistance to molding technicians and operators.
∎ Provide leadership in the maintenance of all operational systems and process controls associated with mold processing, mold maintenance, equipment maintenance, and repair.
∎ Document, report and maintain all critical production information.
