∎ Sound Knowledge on Computer MS Office/ MS Word, Excel, Access & PowerPoint, internet with good typing speed.
∎ Must be Expert in Export/Import/Custom Bond. UP/Audit & Other Commercial Operations will get preference.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ The ideal candidate should be well-versed in commercial operations, demonstrate a deep understanding of import processes, and letter of credit (L/C) opening procedures, prepare L/C opening papers, and have expertise in handling cleaning formalities and shipping documents.
∎ Overseeing LC and TT-related issues including LC open, NOCs, amendments, checking import documentation, retirement, etc.
∎ Checking PI & other invoices, packing list & other related documents for exporting/importing of goods/services.
∎ Tracking shipment, following up daily regarding delivery, reporting, and informing the concerned department.
∎ Capable to be communicating with warehouse management to update the delivery/ receiving of imported consignments.
∎ Prepare pre-costing and landed costing of imported material.
∎ Follow-up with forwarder for shipment status from Ex-Factory to arrival in Bangladesh.
∎ Prepares / proceeds statement of export & import reports on time daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis.
∎ Must be able to work independently with Bank/Chamber of Commerce/Other related gov’t/Private organizations etc.
∎ Import & Export related all registers to maintain and update.
∎ Job Context- Rider Packaging and Accessories Ltd. (Purbo Kuttapara, Sarail, Brahmanbaria) is a plastic product manufacturer. We have 15 injection molding machines, and within a very short we are in the process of installing 3 Blow molding machines. We are looking for dynamic and potential candidates for the below-mentioned positions.
