Job Responsibilities:
∎ To lead Operations related teams alike: production, IE, cutting, packing, finishing, maintenance, etc
∎ Managing day-to-day operations
∎ Ensure on-time delivery
∎ Keep pace with planing & schedule
∎ Maintaining product quality
∎ High Technical knowledge of ladies wear tops and bottom garments
∎ Meet Efficiency & productivity standards
∎ To maintain pace with planning and production.
∎ Follow up total production flow by balancing to ensure optimum capacity utilization.
∎ To review, scrutinize, and develop operational process flows.
∎ Must be sound on buyer quality and technical requirements.
∎ This position is reporting to COO.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Ability to multi-task and utilize resources to execute tasks within a deadline-oriented environment
∎ Excellent communication and negotiating skills
∎ Commitment to continuous process improvement initiatives and the ability to solve problems creatively
