Educational Requirements:
∎ FCA/ACA qualified and Masters/MBA in Finance/ AIS/ graduation (relevant field) from any reputed university of Bangladesh

Experience Requirements:
∎ 12 to 15 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To forecast, prepare and implement annually /quarterly/monthly budgets in consultation with reporting authority.
∎ To take initiative to implement the approved budget overall the organization accordingly.
∎ To prepare the strategic plan for improving wealth maximization of the firm.
∎ To prepare, monitor, supervise, analyze monthly, quarterly, half yearly and yearly financial statements.
∎ To lead & perform internal audit & control activities, process
∎ To maintain company taxation and controlling & management company fixed asset.
∎ To prepare monthly, quarterly cashflow statement and reporting with documents.
∎ To prepare monthly bank reconciliation report and cash transactionwith supporting documents.
∎ To analyze and monitor business proposal costing and post development and project management costing, make reconciliation and take corrective action with approval.
∎ To prepare project wise cost report and revenue report.
∎ To prepare order wise/product wise/project wise/ Department wise cost details report.
∎ To ensure timely working capital budget and ensure flow of finance.
∎ To ensure timely account receivables from related parties.
∎ To report and suggest for thesales and financial forecasting of the company
∎ To maintain proper cost record and determine capital cost, operational cost and Work in Process cost and others.
∎ To ensure proper cost benefit analysis of each activity in business process, identifying key and critical process to operate at optimum cost.
∎ To prepare recommendation to control cost in software development and project management level and formulate breakeven analysis.
∎ To analyze and prepare daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly report by each ongoing project.
∎ To ensure proper organizational procurement, payroll, and contracts functions and ensure best practices and efficiency.
∎ To prepare and submit various accounts related report as per requirement of the management.
∎ To prepare loan proposal and arrange alternative financing options when required.
∎ To maintain NBR and RJSC related all compliance
∎ To provide leadership role in every step to make company publicly listed.
∎ To prepare all documents related to financial compliance to launch IPO for the company.
∎ To prepare business plan and variation analysis statement.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 35 to 45 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts, Finance, Audit, Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax.
∎ Experience in IPO Accounting and Compliance
∎ Experience in Accounting Software Management
∎ Strong knowledge and experience in Financial statement analysis and flow management
∎ Conversant in MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel & PPT), email communication & Adobe Tools
∎ Require vast knowledge of Tax (Personal and Company), VAT, Company Law, Business Law and Commercial law.
∎ Self-motivated, honest, smart, active, confident and energetic
∎ Problem solving & decision making skill within shortest possible time
